Dion is a bay (with some roan) yearling clydesdale stallion with a nice disposition, correct confirmation, and potential in any direction you decide to take him. He was entered in the 2022 Foal Spectacular and received 1st place as a junior stallion foal in that futurity.
His sire is Thorpe Hill Royale who was the 2016 Cawdor Cup winner in Scotland and then was imported to the US to our breeding program. Royale was also named the 2018 Reserve All-American 3 year old stallion. Dion's dam is Alamar H.R. Devan who was the 2017 All-American Filly Foal and was the 2018 Reserve All-American yearling mare. Both sire and dam stand 18HH+, and we believe Dion will easily be 18HH when fully grown.
This colt has a quality depth of pedigree that shows through in his confirmation. He has a big foot, clean hocks that come together nicely, and a beautiful curb. This colt would make an excellent addition to a show or breeding program.
Dion is up to date on all vaccinations and wormings and sells as 100% sound in every way.
