Super impressive 2021 Percheron Stallion by FP Lafayette and out of Black Rose Emma. Grandsire is the 3 time Supreme Champion Anderson’s Bentley. (Dam is 18+ hands and sire is 19.2+ Hands.)Very intelligent, athletic and flashy! This guy is very neat and has a modern build. Bu has had the best start possible in life and is as well rounded a stallion as you are going to find! Most recently he has spent around 60 days with a trainer doing extensive ground work and being started under saddle. Obviously he is very new to his ridden career and has a lot to learn still but I’d say he is W/T under saddle with no buck, bolt or rear. Not super consistent in his gates or very balanced yet but he is an honest trier and a very quick learner. He has also been introduced to walking out in traffic and been ridden on trails. No canter work as yet as he is still a growing baby. I am not lucky enough to have an indoor arena at my house, just an outdoor arena, round pen and trails for exercising him, so I am keeping him going but I am somewhat limited due to wintery weather. Bu has absolutely no spook and really takes everything in his stride, typical draft in the sense that he is not phased by much at all. Very good for vet, dentist and farrier (No stocks needed) Currently in front shoes to help avoid any flaring. Very easy keeper with absolutely no vices. He is good to load, trailers well and handles easily in a stud chain. No history of lameness or injuries. Not super studdy or much of a hot head. Very easy to have around other horses and has been turned out with geldings previously. With that being said, he has been kept alone recently and has not been used for breeding yet. Currently stalled at night and out through the day which he loves as he lives for routine! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this horse and it will be very hard to let him go! Priced to sell for quick uncomplicated sale as we need him gone! My loss is your gain as this price is a steal for a stallion of this caliber! PPE’s are of course welcome at buyers expense.
