Meet "Talisman", a stunning coming-10-year-old gelding standing at 17HH. If you’re looking for a larger mount with a steady, smooth ride and the potential to continue advancing in dressage, Talisman could be your perfect match! He is nicely forward and responsive without being hot, and very light in the bridle. He has three comfortable and smooth gaits with a trot you can sit all day long. Tali has been in a classical dressage training program for the past couple of months where he has excelled. His training is already confirmed at 2nd level and he has begun schooling higher-level movements such as canter pirouettes and beginning mobilization for piaffer. He enjoys obstacles such as tires and wooden bridges and loves cavaletti work. He works well outside and has been exemplary on his field trips. Talisman thrives with a confident rider who can guide him clearly, though he is very forgiving of rider mistakes and amateur-friendly. His ideal partner is a confident rider who is looking for a horse to both enjoy tomorrow and to develop further in a consistent program with a trainer. Talisman is up-to-date on all care and maintenance. He is sound and in excellent health. He stands for the farrier, trailers, cross-ties.
