"Chubarita A 7yo 15.1-2 hand FLASHY & VERY STOUT!!! EXTREMELY SMOOTH at all gaits! Full mane and tail Paint/ draft cross mare Rides & drives Crosses water Great trail horse Stands to mount Will lead or follow but prefer to follow Ties Loads Bathes Good with her feet (no stalk needed) Does wonderful barefoot Been ridden in the mountains on some rough terrain Wears a size 5 shoe but does great barefoot! More whoa then go kind of girl but not hard to get into a trot or lope and she's so smooth to ride at ALL gaits! Will lead or follow but her speed is a follow pace most of the time...? We've ridden her out alone/ off the farm and she did great, heads back to the barn as slow a she left. We've trailered her out to different events, trail rides and she did wonderful each time. But you ain't going to win any speed events with her...lol Chubarita would do good as a therapy or lesson mount but she's also very experienced on trails. And fun to ride bareback since she's super smooth. Chubarita has a nice handle on her as well, she will ride in a bit or halter and minds leg aids as well. Will side pass/step over with leg. She's good in a pasture/ herd setting. For anyone wanting a super flashy horse that's not very tall but SUPER stout & smooth, then here's your horse folks! Chubarita can handle ANY size rider and she's wide enough to take up long legged riders!
