Bo Duke is a 10 year old sorrel Belgian gelding. He was around 2500 lbs when last weighed approximately 1 year ago. He is your dream draft; rides AND drives like a dream. Definitely more woah than go, he will work long past when you’re ready to go in for the day! He is experienced pulling anything you could think to hook him to; carriages, horse drawn hearse, snow sled, wagons, forecart, etc. He was used to extensively log before joining our family 3 years ago. Bo Duke definitely knows his size and how to use it. He gets along in a mixed herd, has been pastured with miniatures and drafts, both mares and geldings. He is always the first to the gate to greet you and will do ANYTHING for an Apple treat! He’s easy to catch, animal and traffic safe! He loads, bathes and clips with ease. Stands to mount, dismount and harness. No buck, bolt, bite, rear or kick ever. He is UTD on all vaccines, dewormed, teeth floated and sheath cleaned within the last 6 months. Currently barefoot but works just fine with shoes on or off. Pre purchase exam is welcome at buyers expense. No trades. Located in Russell springs, Kentucky. Asking $9,000 with working harness.
